After this, we charge £35 + VAT per 30 minute time-slot plus parts and materials if required.
If a second visit is necessary, we will quote a price for the works within 1 hour.
Boiler service

For all full service and central heating check-over
We will clean out your boiler, check all radiators and test the emissions for CO2 and CO levels at the boiler. If you have have a sealed system, a pressure top up is included. If applicable, We will empty your Magnaclean for an extra £15.
Gas safety check
ONLY £70 + VAT
£70 for 2 appliances & £15 per additional appliance
All landlords are required to carry out a gas safety inspection on their properties once a year. We will test all appliances in the property and make sure the gas supply is tight. Each additional appliance is chargeable at £15 per appliance.
